Fr. Luis Miguel Rincon, LC,

Executive Director

Appointed as Executive Director of Everest Academy Manila in 2017. More than twenty years of membership with Regnum Christi movement, participated as leader in ECYD clubs and missions. Five years in chaplaincy and family ministries of three RC sister schools in Spain. Former head of a community of LC priests in Madrid. More than two years of involvement in the pastoral team of Everest Academy Manila, Mano Amiga, and Regnum Christi.

Three years in the novitiate of the Legion of Christ in Germany and Spain. Ordained as a priest in 2010. Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Theology in Rome.

Ma. Lourdes Nery-Cura


Former Vice Principal for St. Scholastica's College for three years. Seventeen years of teaching experience and various academic coordinator positions. Manager for Knowledge Channel responsible for training programs intended for educational leaders. Candidate for Doctorate in Education major in curriculum and instruction, University of Santo Tomas. Masters of Education Major in Educational Administration, University of the Philippines.

Cynthia J. Cabasag

Director for Operations

Former Asst. Vice President of San Miguel Corporation. Twenty years of experience in management and service operations. Former Directress of Kids Joy School Manila. Masters in Education and Child Development for Practitioners, University of Asia and the Pacific. Former Faculty of the Development Academy of the Philippines. Former Administrator of the Philippine Quality Award for the private sector.

Christine Gamache

Educational Consultant

Twenty seven years of experience in the academe, serving in administrative roles in Regnum Christi schools for the past 22 years. Former Principal of Everest Academy, in Illinois, Clear Water Academy in Calgary, and Overbrook Academy in Rhode Island. Integral Formation Coordinator under the National Consultants for Education (NCE) for almost 10 years. Completed her Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada.

Valerie Fifelski

Upper School Formation Director

Consecrated in the Regnum Christi movement in 1999. Former Director of the Immaculate Concepcion Program in Everest Collegiate Girls’ High School in Clarkston, Michigan. More than ten years of experience in Middle School and High School formation. Licentiate in Educational Sciences and Pastoral Studies from Anahuac University. Almost twenty years of experience in leading Challenge club and Mission Youth activities.

Lower School Formation Director

Consecrated in the Regnum Christi movement in 1993. Former Directress Les Avants sur Montreux, Switzerland- Institut Le Chatelard Les Avants. Candidate for Masters in Theology, Don Bosco Center of Study, Institute of Theological Formation. Masters in Religious Sciences from International Center of Educational Sciences, Regnum Christi, Rome, Italy. Former Vice Directress of Everest Institute, Madrid, Spain. Former Vice Directress of Institut Los Andes in Carracas, Venezuela.
