Message from the Executive Director

Good day everyone! Welcome to Everest Academy Manila, the first Catholic International school in the Philippines. We are committed to forming world-class leaders, inspired by Catholic values, who can transform society.

Our students are fostered in a welcoming, nurturing, and dynamic community that follows the Integral Formation model of education - a comprehensive system of curricular and co-curricular programs focusing on the child's intellectual, human, spiritual, and apostolic development.

At Everest Academy, we live by five core values, namely:

  • EXCELLENCE: We give our best all the time, ensuring that we deliver high quality service, and that means going the extra mile and finding better ways.
  • COMMUNITY: We work together with one heart and one mind towards a common goal while demonstrating empathy and compassion to one another. We are a close-knit Community and we value home-school, parent-teacher collaboration as well as connecting our families in support of our Vision and Mission.
  • CHARITY: We emphasize the positive and respond to the needs of others by sharing our talents, resources, and time.
  • INTEGRITY: We hold ourselves accountable - practicing honesty and authenticity in everything that we do.
  • And lastly, JOY: We create an environment filled with gratitude, positivity, and enthusiasm.

Our vision is for Everest Academy Manila graduates to be leaders who, inspired by Catholic values, can transform society. We seek to form the whole person, focusing on the spiritual, academic, human, and apostolic dimensions. Our students are challenged to be servant leaders by putting their talents into action and engaging in service to improve communities.

Everest Academy belongs to a network of 154 schools in 19 countries, directed by the Regnum Christi Movement. Being part of this large network of schools gives us the capability to draw from our collective experiences and best practices on world-class education.

Our K-12 curriculum is designed by RC Education in the United States in collaboration with selected teachers of RC schools around the world. We have a comprehensive curriculum in the core subjects of:

  • Math
  • Science
  • English
  • History
  • Catholic Formation

In High School, we have the Advanced Placement program that prepares our students for college success. We are glad to see many of our graduates enter prestigious universities in Asia, North America, Australia, and Europe.

As we navigate this extraordinary and difficult time of the pandemic, where our movements and actions are limited, the safety and health of our students, our teachers, and our employees, is paramount.

Following the directives for general community quarantine of the Philippine Government, we took the opportunity to enhance our digital platforms and social media channels to connect with our students, the Everest family, and the larger community. For Academic Year 2020-21, we are implementing R-LIFE or Remote Learning of Integral Formation in Everest.

R-LIFE combines simultaneous online classroom instruction and self-paced learning activities to deliver Integral Formation based on the Regnum Christi Curriculum.

If you want to know more about our online distance learning program, follow the R-LIFE link on this website.

At Everest Academy Manila, we take the best of the progressive approach of instruction while providing structure and discipline that enhance character development. Given our current situation, we have made imperative changes to our teaching methods; but we assure you that our vision and mission, and our standards remain the same. Integral formation, personal attention, leadership training, community service, and an excellent faculty pool, help prepare our students to succeed in a global culture.

Thank you for your time. God bless you.
