Admission FAQs

Below is a compilation of Admissions-related frequently asked questions.

1. Do you have expat or foreign families? What percentage of the student population do they make up?

The majority of our families are Filipino, comprising roughly 65% with a little over 25% of mixed Filipino- foreign citizenship. Foreign families make up close to 10% of our student population.

2. Do you accept non-Catholics?

Yes we do. Everest Academy also does not discriminate against applicants and students on the basis of race, sex, color, and national or ethnic origin.

3. Do you accept children with special needs?

Every child has a right to learning and at Everest we seek to tailor our teaching to each child's individual needs. We have a learning specialist who has a wide experience in special education in the United States. The needs of the potential students are assessed to determine if Everest is able to fulfil them. Everest is a mainstream school.

4. Do you accept mid-year enrollments for transferring students?

We do accept transfers up to the end of the 3rd quarter.

For cases where a student is transferring from a country with a different academic calendar and has completed a particular grade level, we can accept him or her even in the 4th quarter, but the quarter will not be credited.
